This was the welcome note in my church’s booklet for today’s service. I just thought some of you would like to know that the true message of Christianity is one of love and acceptance.

This should be printed in every bible, first and last page, to remind certain christians to step back from the trees and see the forest.

If more churches were like this, I might be willing to still identify as Christian.
Kinda wish I knew where this congregation was - they’re certainly more welcoming than the one across the street….
Seeing as people keep asking me the church is St. James’ Episcopal Church in Clayton Georgia. Its a small church with a big heart. Feel free to come on over if you want. I prefer the 8am service despite how early it is mostly because of the lack of having to sing in public and the friendly older churchgoers.
Currently none of them know they are so popular so why don’t you all go there and surprise them :3
